I pass this nearly every day walking the dogs. I want to know why this person installed this mirror. A pervert? Nervous? Obsessed? Whatever the reason, its certainly not typical.

facing up, as if to try to look into the window above/at a diagonal.
They're trying to let in more sun for their pot plant.
Ok, I just noticed something on my walk with the boys; the upper left window, also had a rounded mirror attached to it!! So weird!
