the best marching band ever came down the street in verdun today, commemorating part of the twice yearly sidewalk sale. this is my favorite part of my neighborhood. I always partake in it some way or another - today joey and I bought 2 hot dogs and a cup of soda for $1!! the dogs enjoyed it as well. please note that in the picture, one of the banjo players has strings tied to his shoes which hit a bass drum. hard core.
